Handsets are configured to point to the CTI server.

uaCSTA handset are normal SIP handsets that are configured to connect to a uaCSTA server over SIP. The uaCSTA session is only used for monitor and control the normal SIP accounts. The handset is known by the number of the first working account (the primary).

T30, T31, T33, T40P, T41P, T42G, T42U, T46G, T48G, T56, T58, VP59
Firmware .84 not supported for T4x or T5x
Firmware .86 required for T30,T31 & T33

T32, T55. T23 EOL firmware .85 hung calls
Note: Firmware 84 is not supported, firmware .85 is not supported on T2x handsets, hung call issues.

Handsets need to be configured individually (or via provisioning) to point to the uaCSTA server.Any account on the phone can be used for uaCSTA the line 1 is monitored.
